What is your minimum order?
Most bottles and finishes start at 500 units. Large formats (3L and up) start at 50. Samples can be just a handful of pieces.
How fast do you reply?
We aim to come back with options and a price within one business day. For anything urgent, call 0434 719 886.
Can you make a custom shape?
Yes. Custom moulds run from 500 to 100,000 units, and take roughly 6 to 10 weeks from sign-off, including tooling.
What decoration can you do?
Embossing and debossing, screen printing, decals and heat transfer, frosting and coating, plus printed wine labels to match.
Can I see samples first?
Always. Visit the Edinburgh North showroom to handle the range, and we proof and sample before any full production run.
What are your payment terms?
Terms flex with order size and history. A common structure is 30% deposit with the balance on delivery. We will confirm in the quote.
